If you are wanting to reach your ideal healthy weight, a guided practitioner weight loss program can be a great way to do this.
The program entails regular check ins with me to ensure you are on track and accountable with your weight loss goals. Regular check ins allow us to quickly identify any areas you need support with before they impair your weight loss journey. During our check ins we will also use Bio-electrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) scales to accurately measure your weight, fat percentage, fat distribution, visceral fat rating and water percentage, this allows for accurate recording of your progress.
How often do you need to check in while on the program?
In the first phase of the program we will meet weekly or fortnightly and as you progress through the program our check ins will be further apart.
