That experience is what led me here — and it’s the reason I care so deeply about the work I do.
I’m a degree-qualified naturopath, having completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) at Endeavour College of Natural Health, and I’m a proud member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). With over 7 years of clinical experience, I’ve supported hundreds of women across Australia to uncover the root cause of their symptoms and finally feel like themselves again.
My clinical focus is on the areas I see impact women the most:
But more than that — I specialise in connecting the dots.
Because your symptoms aren’t random. And they’re not something you just have to live with.
I combine evidence-based naturopathic medicine with functional testing (where needed), using herbal medicine, targeted nutritional support, and realistic lifestyle strategies to create personalised treatment plans that actually work — not just in theory, but in your real, busy life.
Through my fully online practice I work with clients Australia-wide. No waiting rooms. No overwhelm. Just personalised, high-level care designed to fit into your schedule — and deliver real, lasting results.
Because this isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions.
It’s about helping you:
You deserve to feel well — consistently, confidently, and without second-guessing your body.
And that’s exactly what I’m here to help you do.
In our first session, I'll spend up to an hour getting to know you — your symptoms, your history, your life. Because your health story is unique to you, and your treatment plan should be too.
When herbal or nutritional supplements are the right fit, they're shipped straight to your door — often the very next day — so you can start feeling better sooner rather than later.
And I want to be clear about something: I'm not here to overhaul your entire life overnight. I know you're busy. I know you've probably already tried a lot of things. My job is to find what's actually going on, and then create a plan that's realistic, achievable, and built around your real life — not some idealised version of it.
I combine evidence-based research with traditional herbal wisdom to get to the root of what's holding your health back. Every treatment plan I create brings together:
You deserve more than band-aid solutions. You deserve to actually feel well — and I genuinely believe that's possible for you.
Whether you're dealing with a health concern you just can't shake, or you simply know something is off but can't put your finger on it — I'm here to help you find answers.
Book your consultation or jump on a free discovery call and let's talk about what's going on for you. Your best health isn't just possible — it's waiting.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that looks at the whole person — body, mind, and lifestyle — rather than just treating the symptom in front of us. As a naturopath, my job is to find out why your body is struggling, not just what it's struggling with.
I use a combination of herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, and evidence-informed dietary and lifestyle strategies to support your body's natural ability to heal. Treatment might come in the form of herbal powders, capsules, liquids, or teas — alongside practical guidance on what to eat, how to manage stress, and how to make sustainable changes that actually last.
A key part of my philosophy is education. I don't just hand you a protocol and send you on your way — I want you to understand what's happening in your body, why I'm recommending what I am, and how to maintain your health long-term. You should leave every appointment knowing more about yourself than when you walked in.
Your first consultation with me is thorough — I set aside up to an hour because I need to understand you as a whole person, not just your symptoms.
We'll talk through your current health concerns, your medical history, your diet, your sleep, your stress levels, your digestion, your cycle (if relevant), your energy, and your goals. I'll ask a lot of questions — sometimes ones that might surprise you — because everything is connected, and the details matter.
At the end of your initial appointment, you'll receive a personalised treatment plan outlining:
Follow-up appointments are where we review your progress, adjust your treatment based on how you're responding, and go deeper into any underlying factors we've identified. Hormonal and digestive conditions in particular often require a few months of consistent support to see lasting change — and that's completely normal.
Because I work entirely online, all appointments are conducted via video call. There's no waiting room, no travel, and no disruption to your day — just a proper, focused consultation from wherever you are in Australia.
Naturopathic care can support a wide range of health concerns by addressing the underlying drivers of imbalance — not just the symptoms.
In my clinic, I most commonly work with:
I work with women, men, and children of all ages. If you're unsure whether naturopathy is the right fit for your specific situation, book a free discovery call and we can talk it through.
Your GP plays a vital role in your healthcare — and I always work alongside, not instead of, your existing medical team. But the approach is quite different.
A GP typically has 10–15 minutes with you, is trained to diagnose and prescribe for specific conditions, and focuses on managing symptoms and addressing life threatening disease conditions — often through pharmaceutical intervention. That's sometimes exactly what's needed, and there's nothing wrong with it.
What I offer is different. I have up to an hour with you, I'm looking at your whole picture, and my focus is on finding and addressing what's driving your symptoms — not just reducing them. I'll look at your diet, your gut, your hormones, your stress load, your sleep, and how all of these interact with each other.
Many of my clients see me alongside their GP — using conventional medicine for diagnosis or acute care, and naturopathy for the deeper, root-cause work that general practice doesn't always have the time or tools to do.
Absolutely not. I work with clients who are on a range of medications, including the oral contraceptive pill, antidepressants, thyroid medication, and more. My job is to work with your full health picture, not to override your doctor's recommendations.
I'm trained in herb-drug interactions, which means I always consider what you're taking when I prescribe herbal or nutritional medicines. Your safety comes first, always.
If you are on the pill and interested in coming off it as part of your treatment journey, that's something we can absolutely discuss and plan for — but it's never a requirement. I'll always explain my reasoning and we'll make decisions together.
This is the question everyone wants answered — and I'll be honest with you: it depends on how long your body has been struggling, and what we're working on.
For many clients, some improvements in energy, digestion, bloating, or sleep begin within the first two to four weeks as dietary and lifestyle changes take effect. Skin can take a little longer — usually two to three months to see meaningful improvement, however we should expect less severe symptoms quickly.
Hormonal conditions like PCOS, irregular cycles, and PMS typically require two to three months of consistent treatment before cycle changes become apparent — which is why I structure my programs with follow-up appointments built in rather than leaving you to manage alone.
What I can promise is that I'll be tracking your progress at every appointment and adjusting your plan as needed. This is not a static protocol — it evolves with you.
My consultation fees cover your appointment time, your personalised treatment plan, and all follow-up communication. Herbal and nutritional supplements, if prescribed, are recommended separately and are not included in the consultation cost.
I'll always explain what I'm recommending, why, what it costs, and what alternatives exist if budget is a consideration. I never want cost to be a barrier to getting started — and not every treatment plan requires supplements. Diet and lifestyle changes are often where the most significant shifts happen, and those don't cost a thing.
When supplements are prescribed and ordered through my clinic, they're shipped directly to your door — often arriving the next day.
As of April 2019, the Australian Government removed naturopathy from the list of eligible natural therapies for private health insurance rebates. This means naturopathic consultations are generally not claimable through private health insurance.
BUT the good news is as of late 2025 it was back in the que to be approved for health rebates so fingers crossed we get the good news 2026.
What I can tell you is that many of my clients find that the investment in addressing the root cause of their health concerns saves them significantly in the long run — in repeat GP visits, unnecessary medications, and time spent feeling unwell. If cost is a concern, let's have a conversation about what would be most impactful for your situation.
